Most customers won’t notice any problems with accessing the site, although some customers may not be able to buy products until the downtime is over. In any case, your data won’t be lost.

It is rarely needed to perform maintenance which affects our customers; most of our infrastructure is designed so all maintenance can be performed with no effect on the site itself. Maintenance is planned to start on Tuesday evening, 12:00 p.m. GMT (1:00 p.m. CET, 7:00 a.m. EST).
