DAEMON Tools provides a lifetime license for all products

Modifying a License

If you purchased Single-Instance or Multi-Instance License but you need more instances then you don’t have to pay in full for another one. Just modify your current License. Add as many instances as you need!

Pay only for additional instances:

1. Login to your Disc-Soft.com account;
2. Go to “My Licenses”;
3. Click on “Add Instance” in your License section;
4. Fill in “Additional Instances” field with a needed number;
5. Continue on-screen instructions to finalize the purchase.

Revoke a License

Have you changed your computer hardware configuration or reinstalled operating system?

Then use “Revoke” option for your System ID in “My Licenses” zone at Disc-Soft.com before DAEMON Tools reinstall.

Single-Instance License

This type of license is usually purchased by individual customers.

A license is linked to the particular System ID after activation. It means that you can use your purchased license only on one PC or operating system (OS) simultaneously. You will need to revoke your license to use it on another PC (OS).

Multi-Instance License

If you own two or more computers (for example PC and notebook) or have several operating systems installed and you are willing to use your copy of DAEMON Tools on these computers (OS) simultaneously, you can purchase additional instances of your license. To do that, please login to your Disc-Soft.com account, go to the My Licenses menu and click the Add instance button.

Note that in a Multi-Instance license the same Serial number is used for all instances.

DAEMON Tools Net License managing

License Manager is DAEMON Tools Net server component that manages clients' licenses. It handles license activation and validation so DAEMON Tools Net clients are not required to have live Internet connection to work.

DAEMON Tools License Activation

Beginning with DAEMON Tools Pro 4.35.0308, the program uses Serial number for license activation.

To activate your purchased license, please copy the Serial number from your Disc-Soft.com account (My Licenses menu) and paste it into the license window during the installation process. Trial license can be changed to a paid one with Serial number activated trough License submenu in the program menu Help.

Activation process in DAEMON Tools Lite purchased for commercial use is the same as in DAEMON Tools Pro.

Live Internet connection is required for DAEMON Tools products activation and further regular License validation.
