By joining the Disc Soft Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions, understood and agreed with them.

  * Affiliates must use the same pricing as provided on the official Disc Soft site. Affiliates must not offer additional coupons, bonuses or incentives to their customers without specific written agreement from Disc Soft.

  *  Affiliates may freely use any graphics from the Disc Soft website and create their own graphics and text materials to promote DAEMON Tools software. Affiliates may also use text materials from PAD files.

  * Affiliates may not use "DAEMON Tools", "DAEMON Tools Official" or similar words in such a way that consumers may be mislead as to the ownership of DAEMON Tools software and brands.

  * Affiliates may not use the words "DAEMON Tools" as keywords when creating ads on any search engine/site.

  * Affiliates must not change their affiliate links.

  * Affiliates may not redistribute DAEMON Tools products in any way without written permission from Disc Soft Limited.

Should any condition of Disc Soft Affiliate Policy be violated by the Affiliate, Disc Soft reserves the right, at its own discretion, to reduce Affiliate commission or remove Affiliate from the program.
